Experience

Reuben Crawford Employee Training Instructor of basic skills for employee advancement within the company. RR Donelly & Sons, Chicago, IL . Part-time GED instructor, worked for the Chicago Board of Education from 1973 retired in 2000. Reuben also worked part-time for the City of Chicago college as a Training Specialist for adult education from 1974 – 1995. Educational coordinator, DePaul University (SAS) school Achievement Structure, 2000-2001. Education Consultant, to provide teacher training and student support in developing basic skills for job programs, 2001 – present. Reuben also served as Case manager for young males (16-18) who were wards of the state. To instruct these young men on their responsibility as fathers, and provide information on available resources (employment, school) 2009.

UIC (University of Illinois Chicago) Behavior Science Dept. Assigned as a student retention Advocate at Orr High School. To determine causes of chronic absenteeism among students in the school , and to work with a gang intervention unit at the school (Cease Fire) 2010.
